IMPORTANT INFORMATION
HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING
- By Phone: We welcome your telephone enquiry to book your place.
- By email: Email us and we will hold your place for 3 days until we receive your mailed or faxed credit card details.
- By Mail or Fax: Download and complete the Booking form from our website and mail or fax it to our office. Alternatively, simply write to us and we will get back to you. Your payment will confirm your place.
Your booking is confirmed when full payment is received.

PAYMENTS
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- New Zealand Dollars.
PRICES
- All our prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are accurate at the time of printing.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given.
- Once the tour commences, only payment relating to that cancelled part shall be refunded.
- If Explore Canterbury Ltd is forced to cancel a trip due to conditions beyond our control, we will refund all payments received.

- Tours offered by Explore Canterbury Ltd are undertaken by clients at their own risk.
- Explore Canterbury Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or for any accident, personal injury or death, which may occur whilst on tour.
- Explore Canterbury Ltd reserves the right to modify the tour price and itinerary.
- Explore Canterbury Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a booking made by or for a client.
- Explore Canterbury Ltd reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify a tour due to circumstances over which it has no control. In the event of tour cancellation, the liability of Explore Canterbury Ltd is limited solely to the cost of the tour.
