Christchurch Earthquake Update: A 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck Christchurch on 22 February 2011 causing much damage in the central Christchurch area and her port town of Lyttelton. Unfortunately many of the city's major attractions are by necessity cordoned off and so we are not operating our usual Christchurch city sightseeing tours at present. However, outside of Christchurch there has been no damage and so it is business as usual for day tours to Akaroa, and for private hire day tours (Arthurs Pass, Hanmer Springs, Waipara, and Kaikoura) and multi-day tours.
